(MANTI) – A Gunnison woman was taken to the hospital with possible injuries after she crashed into a truck south of Manti on Friday. According to a UHP report, 19-year old, Heather White was traveling southbound in a 2002 Hyundai Accent at about 5pm, when she failed to stop for a 2005 Dodge Ram-2500 pickup, driven by 31-year old, Alan Hancock of Mt. Pleasant. The report said that Hancock was pulling a small box trailer and was attempting to turn left when he was hit. He was not injured in the accident but White was transported to the Gunnison Valley Hospital with possible injuries. Both were cited; Hancock for a defective left brake light and turn lamp and White for following too close.
